Definitie en gebruik
De <main>tag specificeert de hoofdinhoud van een document.
De inhoud binnen het <main>element moet uniek zijn voor het document. Het mag geen inhoud bevatten die in documenten wordt herhaald, zoals zijbalken, navigatielinks, copyrightinformatie, sitelogo's en zoekformulieren.
Opmerking: een document mag niet meer dan één <main>element bevatten. Het <main>element mag GEEN afstammeling zijn van een <article>-, <aside>-, <footer>-, <header>- of <nav>-element.
