Definitie en gebruik
De <video>tag wordt gebruikt om video-inhoud in een document in te sluiten, zoals een filmclip of andere videostreams.
De <video>tag bevat een of meer
<source>tags met verschillende videobronnen. De browser kiest de eerste bron die het ondersteunt.
De tekst tussen de <video>en </video>
tags wordt alleen weergegeven in browsers die het <video>-element niet ondersteunen.
Er zijn drie ondersteunde video-indelingen in HTML: MP4, WebM en OGG.
