ADO - recordobject
Recordobject (ADO versie 2.5)
Het ADO Record-object wordt gebruikt om een rij in een Recordset, een directory of een bestand uit een bestandssysteem vast te houden.
Alleen gestructureerde databases waren toegankelijk voor ADO in eerdere versies dan 2.5. In een gestructureerde database heeft elke tabel exact hetzelfde aantal kolommen in elke rij en is elke kolom samengesteld uit hetzelfde gegevenstype.
Het Record-object geeft toegang tot datasets waarbij het aantal kolommen en/of het datatype van rij tot rij kan verschillen.
